Using the Partner Dashboard

Manage your client accounts, your team, and your billing all within a single dashboard

The Partner Dashboard lets you manage all your clients’ accounts from a single interface: creating new organizations, controlling billing, and managing your team’s access.

1 - Objectives

This article explains how to:

  • Navigate the Partner Dashboard and access your clients’ accounts

  • Create a new client organization and choose the right billing model

  • Manage your team and their account access

  • Track billing and invoices across your organizations

2 - Prerequisites

  • Have access to the Arsen Partner Dashboard

  • Know your client’s primary domain name before creating an organization

  • Understand the three available billing models (see section 4) before creating a new organization

  • Have the Owner role to access the Billing & Invoices section

3 - Dashboard Overview

The main dashboard displays two summary cards — Credits Remaining (available balance for usage-based simulations) and Contracts Expired or Ending Soon (organizations expired or reaching their renewal window within 90 days).

Below, the Arsen Partner table lists all your client organizations with their status, billing model, and contractual seats.

  • Use the search bar to find a specific organization.

  • Click Open next to an organization to access its account.

4 - Creating a New Client Organization

Click + Add New Organization from the dashboard.

You’ll first be asked to select a billing model:

  • Managed Services (monthly commitment) — billed monthly according to your managed-services pricing agreement.

  • Resale (annual commitment) — a fixed-seat subscription billed annually, for reselling a defined contract to your client.

  • Usage-based (no commitment) — the organization draws on your existing credits over time, for simulations only.

The next step depends on the model selected:

  • Managed Services: enter the client’s domain name, set the seat commitment, then confirm you understand the billing impact before clicking Create organization.

  • Resale: enter the domain name, set the seat commitment, choose the billing start date and contract length (1 or 3 years), then confirm the billing impact before creating.

  • Usage-based: enter the domain name only — no seat commitment or confirmation required.

On the first login to the new account, you will need to complete the initial setup, such as adding employees to be tested and authorizing phishing simulation campaigns via Arsen.

5 - Managing Billing & Invoices

This section is only available if you have the Owner role on the Partner Dashboard.

Go to SettingsBilling & Invoices to review billing across all your organizations. Three tabs are available, one per billing model:

  • Resale — view your annual reseller subscriptions: status, seats, and billing period for each organization.

  • Managed Services — view your monthly-billed organizations: status, seats, and billing period.

  • Usage-based — track consumption for your on-demand organizations. Filter by date range, click Buy credits to add simulation capacity, or View invoices to access your invoice history for accounting.

6 - Managing Your Team and Account Access

You can invite colleagues to join the dashboard and manage their access to the accounts you oversee.

Assign them to all accounts at once or only specific accounts.

  • To invite a team member and manage access, go to SettingsTeam, then click Invite Team Member.

  • Manage access by clicking the three dots in the Actions column.

As the dashboard owner, you can also enforce two-factor authentication or SSO login for your team by going to SettingsSecurity.
