Duplicate and edit an existing scenario

This article explains how to customize an existing scenario by duplicating it and modifying its components: details, phishing email, landing page, and training page.


1 – Objectives

  • Adapt an existing scenario to your internal context

  • Modify key elements to reinforce relevance

  • Create a customized version available under My Scenarios


2 – Prerequisites

  • Admin permissions to edit scenarios

  • Identification of a scenario in the library that you want to modify


3 – Customize a scenario

3.1 – Duplicate a scenario

“Duplicate” option displayed when hovering a scenario in the library.

3.2 – Follow the 4 customization steps

Customizing a scenario involves modifying:

  • Scenario details

    • Name

    • Language

    • Difficulty level

    • Description

    • Subject, content, and layout

    • Visual design and credential-harvesting mechanics

    • Educational message shown after compromise


4 – Edit scenario details

4.1 – Choose a name

The name helps you easily identify the scenario.

It appears in My Scenarios and during campaign setup.

4.2 – Update language and difficulty

  • Adjust difficulty according to your training objectives

  • Change the language if the scenario supports multiple versions
