Auto-termination of the campaigns
You can manage the automatic campaign closure setting by going to Settings and then clicking on CAMPAIGNS.
Automatic closure only takes place after a period of time following the PROCESSING status of a campaign. In other words, a campaign will only become Completed after a configurable delay following the sending of all the emails.
Use the slider to modify the delay between the end of the email sending and the closing of the campaign, resulting in the automatic calculation of campaign data for each employee, group and organisation.
⚠️ Please note that the default time is 7 days. Statistically, it corresponds to the time after which there are no more compromise events (clicks or compromises) collected by Arsen on a campaign.
