Editing a Vishing Scenario and AI Call Settings

Configuration of the AI agent for the call.

To edit a vishing scenario, click Duplicate on the scenario card you want to modify.


1 – Objectives

  • To edit the AI agent profile

  • To modify the components of the call pretext

  • To modify the emails and credential-harvesting pages


2 – Prerequisites

  • To have access to the Vishing → Scenarios module in the Arsen platform

  • To have the required permissions to create, edit, or duplicate a scenario (Admin rights at minimum)

  • To know the basics of how a vishing scenario works (call → email → landing page)


3 – Duplicating a scenario to edit it

To modify an existing scenario:

  • Open the scenario library

  • Click Duplicate on the scenario card you want to customize

A copy of the scenario is created and can be edited without affecting the original template.

4 – Editing the general details of the scenario

4.1 – Scenario name

Enter a clear and unique name
This name will help you find the scenario in My Scenarios.

4.2 – Scenario language

Next, modify the target language of the scenario.
You can change the target language to translate the scenario and send it in campaigns according to the language of the employees being called.

4.4 – Difficulty level

Adjust the difficulty level according to your needs

Click Continue to proceed to the next step.

5 – Choosing the call number and the AI profile (Caller Profile)

This section corresponds to Call Details.

5.1 – Determining the call number (Calling From)

Select a country from the dropdown list.
The associated country code will appear on the employee’s phone.

5.2 – Choosing or creating an AI profile

  • Open the list of existing profiles via Caller Profile

  • Click Manage Profile to create a new one

  • to listen to available voices (via the play icon)

  • to create a new profile via + Add New

  • to configure voice parameters (intonation, style, etc.)

5.3 – Cloning a voice (Optional)

It is possible to clone a voice and conduct a vishing campaign using Voice Cloning.

You only need to provide our teams with:

  • 30 seconds to 1 minute of audio recording

  • consent proof

Once cloned, the voice appears in the list of available Caller Profiles.

6 – Editing the AI call context

This step corresponds to the Call Pretext section.

A summary of your caller profile is available.

You can then edit:

  • First Phrase: opening sentence spoken at the beginning of the call

  • Call Pretext: main prompt describing the attack pretext and guiding the AI conversation

  • End Phrase: closing sentence of the call

  • Click ✨ Generate to automatically generate a variant of all three fields

  • Click Continue to configure the email


7 – Editing the email and landing page of your vishing scenario

7.1 – Editing the email

  • Edit the email’s HTML content

  • Edit the email sending parameters

⚠️ Warning
Emails in vishing scenarios cannot be generated by AI and can only be edited in HTML.

Click Continue to access the landing page.

7.2 – Editing the landing page

The page includes the same customization options as the other landing page modules.

  • Edit texts, visuals, and structure based on your needs

Click Save once the modifications are complete.
The scenario will appear in My Scenarios within the vishing library.


Modifying general scenario details

  1. Start by choosing a name.
    The name is important because it will help you locate this scenario in your list of scenarios, accessible via My Scenarios.

  2. Next, modify the target language of the scenario.
    You can change the target language to translate the scenario and send it in campaigns according to the language of the employees being called.

  3. Then, modify the difficulty level of the scenario if needed.

Click Continue to move to the next step.

Choosing the calling number and outgoing AI profile

In this section, we explain how the Call Details work.

  1. In the Calling From dropdown, choose the country and therefore the AI number that will make the call.

    This determines the caller ID displayed on the employee’s phone.

  2. Next, select the Caller Profile, which represents the person making the call.

    Click the dropdown to see the existing profiles.


    You can also create a new caller profile by clicking Manage Profile.

Click the play icon to listen to the voice and intonation of the caller profile.

To add a caller profile to the list, click + Add New. A new drawer opens where you can fill in the details of the new caller profile.


We can also copy a voice, a technique called Voice Cloning.

We need only 30 seconds to 1 minute of a person’s recording to clone their voice.

The cloned voice will then be available in the list below.

Modifying the AI context of the call

This section covers the Call Pretext.

  • First, you have a summary of your caller profile.

  • Then, you can modify in order:

    • The opening phrase of the conversation by editing the First Phrase field.

    • The call prompt in the Call Pretext field.

    • The closing phrase of the call in the End Phrase field.

  • You can adjust all three fields at once using AI to generate a variant by clicking the ✨Generate button.

Click Continue to move to editing the email.

  • Modify all aspects of the email.

    For more information on editing an email in HTML format, click here.

    Click Continue to proceed to the landing page.

⚠️ Emails for vishing scenarios are only available in HTML format and cannot be generated by AI.

  • On the landing page step, you have the same customization options as in other modules of the same type.

  • Click Save to save your scenario. It will then appear in My Scenarios within the vishing scenario library.
