Customizing the Training Page for Vishing Campaigns

Just in Time Training page

1 – Objective

As part of a phishing training campaign, the training page (Just-in-Time Training page) is meant to replay in the employee’s browser the email from the scenario used during the campaign.

On this page, Arsen aims to highlight the indicators the employee should have identified while reading the message.

Customizing this page allows you:

  • to add your logo

  • to integrate your educational messages

  • to reinforce the context and visual identity of your awareness message


2 – Prerequisites

  • To have access to the Settings of the Arsen platform

  • To possess the required permissions to edit training content

  • (Optional) To verify the language defined for employees if they are synchronized through a directory (AD)


3 – Access to the customization settings for the vishing training page

To edit the default training page used for vishing campaigns, it is necessary:

  1. Click on your company logo (top right)

  2. Select Settings

  3. Click Just in Time Training in the left menu

  4. Open the Vishing tab

This gives access to the customization page.

4 – Edit the training page content

4.1 – Select the language

To select the language for which you want to modify the training content.

⚠️ Warning
Employees will see the training page in the language associated with their profile. If no language is set, the default language will be English.

4.2 – Edit the text displayed on training pages

  • Edit the text fields by adding your own educational messages

  • Customize the content in each available language if your organization operates in multiple countries

  • Click Save once your changes for each edited language
