How to customize my account ?
To modify the account settings, click on the Account section in Settings. You can then modify settings related to your session on the account and your company.

To modify your personal general information, such as your first name, last name, email, or user language, go to the General tab.
The platform contains personal data that it is important to protect. We recommend that you change your password often and use a password manager.
To change your password:
Enter your current password in the Old password field and enter the new one in the New password field.
You can also set up two-factor authentication (2FA), which increases the security of your session. You can use Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or the Twilio Authy app, which you can download to your smartphone.
To set up 2FA:
Click on the Activate 2FA button, and you will be redirected to the 2FA setup process.
➡️ The platform will ask you to download one of the 3 applications (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Twilio Authy).
➡️ You will need to scan the QR code or use the code provided to use it in the chosen authentication app.
➡️ You can then download your backup key in case you lose access to your authentication app. You can download or print it.
🟢 Finally, enter the code shown by the authentication app. Please note that this code has a short lifespan.
To modify these elements, click on the Organization tab. By clicking on the pencil icon to the right of the logo, you can upload a new logo from your computer. Modify the name of your organization in the text field.
