This article explains the steps required to verify and properly configure your Arsen customer account after its creation.

This article explains how to:

  • verify and validate the main account information

  • ensure visual consistency (name, logo, colors)

  • prepare the account for importing or synchronizing employee email addresses


2 – Prerequisites

  • Have an active Arsen customer account

  • Have access to your company’s visual identity elements: official name, logo, brand colors


3 – Account setup steps

3.1 – Verifying the general account information

  • Confirm or update the account name

  • Confirm or add the company logo

  • Define the primary and secondary brand colors

  • Select all tools used and, if needed, add them to favorites

⚠️ Warning
The chosen colors affect the visual appearance of platform-generated content (just-in-time training pages, awareness content, etc.).

3.2 – Preparing employee email import or synchronization

Once your account information is validated, the next step is to synchronize or import employee emails to enable testing.

  • The initial verification process is quick and ensures clean, consistent configuration

  • Color choices are essential for maintaining visual coherence across platform-generated content

  • Synchronizing or importing employee emails is required before launching tests and simulations
