Have an active Arsen customer account
Have access to your company’s visual identity elements: official name, logo, brand colors
3 – Account setup steps
3.1 – Verifying the general account information
Confirm or update the account name
Confirm or add the company logo
Define the primary and secondary brand colors
Select all tools used and, if needed, add them to favorites
⚠️ Warning
The chosen colors affect the visual appearance of platform-generated content (just-in-time training pages, awareness content, etc.).
3.2 – Preparing employee email import or synchronization
Once your account information is validated, the next step is to synchronize or import employee emails to enable testing.
Enable automatic synchronization if your organization uses Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace
Use CSV import if you prefer this method
4 – General reminders
The initial verification process is quick and ensures clean, consistent configuration
Color choices are essential for maintaining visual coherence across platform-generated content
