Arsen allows you to personalize your programs and lessons by incorporating elements of your visual identity.
This includes adding your company logo and customizing the dominant colors.
These settings strengthen the graphical consistency between your internal communications and your awareness initiatives.
To modify these parameters, you must access the platform’s general settings.

2 – Prerequisites
Before modifying graphical elements, ensure that you:
can access Settings in the Arsen platform
have administrator rights
prepared a high-quality logo (recommended formats: PNG or SVG)
know your organization’s brand guidelines (primary colors)
3 – Adding your logo to courses
Click your company logo in the top-right corner
Select
Course Settingsfrom the dropdownLocate the Training Organization Logo section at the top of the page

Uploadto import your logo

The logo is not added manually inside each lesson editor, but it will appear:
in all transactional emails
in all courses opened in a browser
after an employee submits a lesson question response
4 – Editing the dominant colors of lessons
