Customizing the Appearance of Courses

Arsen allows you to personalize your programs and lessons by incorporating elements of your visual identity.

This includes adding your company logo and customizing the dominant colors.

These settings strengthen the graphical consistency between your internal communications and your awareness initiatives.

To modify these parameters, you must access the platform’s general settings.


1 – Objectives

This article explains how to:

  • customize the visual appearance of lessons and programs in Arsen

  • add your company logo

  • modify the dominant colors used in your training content

These adjustments help create a fully branded experience aligned with your organization’s visual identity.


2 – Prerequisites

Before modifying graphical elements, ensure that you:

  • can access Settings in the Arsen platform

  • have administrator rights

  • prepared a high-quality logo (recommended formats: PNG or SVG)

  • know your organization’s brand guidelines (primary colors)


3 – Adding your logo to courses

  • Click your company logo in the top-right corner

  • Select Course Settings from the dropdown

  • Locate the Training Organization Logo section at the top of the page

  • Click Upload to import your logo

📚 Note
The logo is not added manually inside each lesson editor, but it will appear:

  • in all transactional emails

  • in all courses opened in a browser

  • after an employee submits a lesson question response


4 – Editing the dominant colors of lessons

  • Go to the General Settings tab

  • Modify the desired colors in the Appearance Settings section

  • Click Save to apply your brand colors to all programs and lessons
