Improving the security of your user account is essential.
You can reinforce this security by regularly updating your password, enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA), or activating Single Sign-On (SSO).
1 – Change your password
1.1 – Access the account security settings
Click your company logo (top-right of the screen)

1.2 – Update your password
Enter a strong password in the Manage Password section (sufficient length, complexity, unique)
Click
Save new passwordto confirm
2 – Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA)
2.1 – Start MFA activation
Go to
User Account→SecurityClick
Activate 2FA
2.2 – Complete setup
Follow the instructions displayed
Scan the QR code with your authentication app or use an alternative supported method
Store the recovery key securely
3 – Enable Single Sign-On (SSO)
3.1 – Log out to access SSO options
Click your user menu
Select
Logout
3.2 – Choose an SSO provider
On the login screen, select the appropriate SSO option (Microsoft SSO, Google SSO, etc.)
3.3 – Authenticate with your identity provider
Sign in using your external provider
Complete authorization to link your Arsen account
Using SSO centralizes access control within your organization and enhances security while simplifying login procedures.
