Once your Arsen account is created, you can easily invite your team members and assign them specific permissions.
1 – Objectives
Build your internal team within the Arsen platform
Define clear user roles and access levels
Manage invitations, permissions, and admin rights efficiently
2 – Prerequisites
Have an active Arsen account
Be logged in with a role that allows user management (Admin or Owner)
Have the email addresses of the team members you want to invite
3 – Invite a New User to Arsen
Click the arrow next to your account name to open the settings menu
Select
Team, then click+ Invite Team Member
The invited user receives an email allowing them to set their password.
⚠️ Warning
The invitation email may end up in the user's spam folder.
Once the password is created, the user automatically joins your account with the assigned role.
4 – Manage Roles & Permissions
Arsen offers three roles: Owner, Admin, and Viewer.
Owner:
Full access
Can manage the entire account
Can transfer ownership
Admin:
Operational and administrative access
Cannot transfer ownership
Viewer:
Read-only access
5 – Transfer Account Ownership
Only one person can be the account Owner (usually the person who created the account).
To transfer ownership:
Select the user
Open the action menu (⋮)
Click
Transfer ownership
⚠️ Warning
The transfer is irreversible.
The new Owner becomes the sole account owner.
6 – Re-send an Invitation
If a user has not received or seen their invitation:
Click Resend invite from the ⋮ action menu next to their name
7 – Remove a User from the Team
Click Revoke access from the action menu.
The removal is immediate.
To regain access, the user will need to be invited again.
8 – Change a User’s Role
You can adjust roles at any time using the ⋮ action menu.
Available actions:
Make admin to promote a Viewer
Make viewer to downgrade an Admin
