API-based Whitelisting

Updated over a month ago

Whitelisting allows phishing simulation emails to be delivered correctly through your mail servers.

The Google Email Delivery integration replaces manual whitelisting procedures and ensures secure, reliable deliverability in just a few clicks.

1 – Objectives

2 – Prerequisites

  • Be logged into Arsen with the same account used to administer Google Workspace

  • Have Google Workspace admin privileges on the target tenant

  • Recommended: use a dedicated admin account (e.g., [email protected]) for the integration
