1 – Objective
As part of a training phishing campaign (Training Campaign), the training page (Just in Time Training page) replays, in the employee’s browser, the SMS used in the selected scenario.
On this page, Arsen highlights the indicators that the employee should have noticed when first reading the message.
Customizing this page allows you to:
add your logo
integrate your educational messages
reinforce your internal identity and awareness strategy
2 – Prerequisites
Have access to the Settings section of the Arsen platform
Have the required permissions to modify training content
(Optional) Check the language configured for employees if they are synchronized through a directory (AD)
3 – Accessing the customization settings for the training page
To edit the default training page used for Smishing campaigns:
Click your company logo (top right)
Select
SettingsIn the left menu, click
Just in Time TrainingOpen the
SmishingtabAccess the customization page
4 – Editing the content of the training page
4.1 – Choosing the language
Select the language for which you want to modify the training content
⚠️ Warning
Employees will see the training page in the language associated with their profile.
If no language is defined, the default language will be English.
4.2 – Editing the text displayed on training pages
Edit the text fields to add your own educational messages
Customize the content in each available language if your organization operates in multiple countries
Save your changes for each modified language
Click Save changes once the edits are complete.
