Smishing scenarios correspond to the attacks you can simulate through the Arsen smishing module.

2 – Prerequisites
Have access to the Smishing module in the Arsen platform
Have the permissions required to view, edit, or create scenarios
3 – What is a smishing scenario?
A smishing scenario is defined by sending a text message (SMS) to the employee’s phone number.
It is composed of two elements:
An SMS sent to the employee’s mobile device
A landing page displayed when the employee clicks the link in the SMS
4 – Filtering the scenario library
To access the list of scenarios, click Scenarios in the Smishing section of the navigation menu.
The library can be filtered using several options:
Scenario language
Search field (scenario name)
You also have access to the My Scenarios tab, which includes:
scenarios you have edited
scenarios you have created
5 – Available actions on a scenario
Each scenario card in the library offers 3 actions, visible when hovering over it:
Preview SMS — preview the SMS sent in the scenario
Preview Landing — preview the credential-harvesting page
Duplicate — duplicate and modify an existing scenario

These options allow you to adapt scenarios to your internal context, risks, and training objectives.
A scenario is defined as the tool that allows you to evaluate an employee’s behavior up to the point of compromise.
A scenario is composed of 2️⃣ elements:
The smishing SMS
A landing page
The scenario library is a collection of realistic simulations from which you can select scenarios to launch a campaign.
Choosing the right scenario is critical: the more realistic it is, the harder it will be for your employees to detect the threat.
To access the list of scenarios, click on the Scenarios tab under the Smishing category in the left-hand navigation menu.

Filtering the scenario library
To filter smishing scenarios, you can sort them by language and use the search bar to find a scenario by name.
You also have access to the My Scenarios tab, where you can view all the scenarios you have modified or created.
Available actions for a scenario
Each scenario in the library allows for 3 possible actions:
Preview the SMS – see the message exactly as it will be sent to the employee.
Preview the landing page – see the page designed to capture employee actions leading to compromise.
Customize the scenario – click
Duplicateto modify an existing scenario according to your needs.
Creating a new scenario
You can also create your own scenarios from scratch by going to My Scenarios.
You will be able to fully design the SMS and landing page independently.
