To track your smishing campaign, whether it is ongoing or completed, click on the Campaign tab under the Smishing section.
In the center of your screen, a table displays three different entries:
Active campaigns, which include campaigns where SMS messages are currently being sent (Running) and campaigns still open where all SMS messages have been sent (Processing).
Completed campaigns, for which Arsen no longer collects data.
Archived campaigns, which are set aside because they were canceled or created for testing purposes.
To access a campaign, click on its name.

In a smishing campaign, a new status appears: Failed.
After three delivery attempts, an SMS that cannot be delivered on the fourth attempt is considered a failure.
In a smishing campaign, the Delivered status replaces the email open status.
