The employee profile page allows you to analyze an employee’s performance across awareness campaigns and training programs they have participated in.
1 – Objectives
The employee profile page allows you to view:
their profile information
their campaign history
their security score
their training program results
2 – Prerequisites
Access the simulation or awareness modules in Arsen to display related results
Have sent at least one phishing simulation or awareness program
3 – Edit an employee’s profile
3.1 – Access the profile
To access an employee’s profile:
Click the employee’s name in the employee list
3.2 – Edit the selected profile
Click
Edit Employee Information
Update the desired fields
Click
Updateto save changes
4 – View and export campaign history
The campaign history shows the employee’s behavior in each campaign they participated in.
4.1 – Available information
In this section, you can:
View all campaigns sent to the employee
Analyze their compromise level per campaign
Review their actions (clicks, credential submission, reporting, etc.)
4.2 – View campaign details
To display the details of a phishing campaign after viewing the employee’s results, click the campaign title.
📚 Example
Clicking the campaign Facebook Security Alert opens the detailed results for that specific campaign.
4.3 – Export results
To export the full campaign history for an employee:
Click
Export Campaigns
5 – Understand how the security score works
The employee’s security score reflects their global behavior during phishing simulations and awareness programs.
5.1 – Definition
The security score corresponds to the average score across all campaigns received by the employee.
It is calculated based on:
actions performed during simulations
weighted by the difficulty of the scenarios involved
5.2 – Actions that reduce the score
Clicking a phishing link (−60%)
Performing a dangerous action on the phishing page (credential entry, fake download, etc.) → compromise (−100%)
5.3 – Action that increases the score
Reporting a phishing email (+20%)
5.4 – Score updates
The score is calculated at the end of each campaign
It appears in the employee’s profile

Reaction-time indicators and graphs help analyze long-term behavior.
6 – View training program data
This section shows the training programs the employee has participated in and their engagement.
6.1 – Available information
You can review, for each program:
the list of programs the employee was enrolled in
their engagement rate
their course progress
6.2 – Program details
To display detailed progress:
Click
View Detailson the selected program card
You will then access:
number of courses sent / total expected
number of courses the employee answered
individual engagement
average engagement for the program
distribution of correct and incorrect answers
detailed per-lesson view (status, results, progress)
6.3 – Lesson statuses
Completed: the employee answered the lesson (correct or incorrect)
Awaiting answer: the lesson was sent but no answer was provided
Scheduled: the lesson will be sent later
Past due: the lesson expired (7 days after sending) and cannot be completed
