After configuring and launching your awareness programs, it is essential to analyze the results.
To obtain a detailed view of an employee’s behavior within a program, you must access their individual profile in the Employees tab.

Access the Awareness Training module and the Employees menu
Ensure the employee is enrolled in at least one program

Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the list of programs they are enrolled in

View Detailson the corresponding program card
Let the side panel open to display detailed program results for that employee
5 – Viewing key indicators
The slide-out panel displays several essential metrics to evaluate the employee’s progress in the program.
Summary elements
Sent Courses — total number of courses sent
Completed Courses — number of courses completed (correct or incorrect)
Employee’s Engagement Rate — individual engagement rate based on received lessons
Avg. Organization Engagement Rate — comparison with the average engagement of all employees enrolled in the same program
Answers — breakdown of correct vs. incorrect responses
6 – Viewing lesson-by-lesson details
For each lesson sent to an employee, a specific status indicates its progress.
Status list and meaning
Status | Meaning |
Completed | The employee completed the lesson with a Correct or Wrong answer. |
Awaiting Answers | The lesson has been sent and the employee’s answer is still pending. |
Scheduled | The lesson is scheduled for a future send date. |
Past Due | The lesson has expired: the employee did not respond within 7 days and it is no longer available. |
