Tracking an Individual Employee’s Results in a Program

Progress and performance for a specific employee

After configuring and launching your awareness programs, it is essential to analyze the results.

To obtain a detailed view of an employee’s behavior within a program, you must access their individual profile in the Employees tab.

  • view an employee’s results within an Awareness Training program

  • analyze their individual engagement

  • interpret the lesson statuses they receive

4 – Accessing an employee’s individual results

4.1 – Accessing the employee profile

  • Go to Company → Employees

  • Open an employee’s profile by clicking their name

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the list of programs they are enrolled in

4.2 – Viewing results for a specific program

  • Click View Details on the corresponding program card

  • Let the side panel open to display detailed program results for that employee

5 – Viewing key indicators

The slide-out panel displays several essential metrics to evaluate the employee’s progress in the program.

Summary elements

  • Sent Courses — total number of courses sent

  • Completed Courses — number of courses completed (correct or incorrect)

  • Employee’s Engagement Rate — individual engagement rate based on received lessons

  • Avg. Organization Engagement Rate — comparison with the average engagement of all employees enrolled in the same program

  • Answers — breakdown of correct vs. incorrect responses


6 – Viewing lesson-by-lesson details

For each lesson sent to an employee, a specific status indicates its progress.

Status list and meaning

Status

Meaning

Completed

The employee completed the lesson with a Correct or Wrong answer.

Awaiting Answers

The lesson has been sent and the employee’s answer is still pending.

Scheduled

The lesson is scheduled for a future send date.

Past Due

The lesson has expired: the employee did not respond within 7 days and it is no longer available.
