7 – Reviewing your campaign settings
The summary page displays several key pieces of information.
7.1 – Analyzing the interval between call attempts
The number of minutes/hours between each call depends on how many employees are being trained.
7.2 – Anticipating the estimated duration of your campaign
Fastest completion date: the earliest possible date by which all call attempts could be completed
Slowest completion date: the latest date based on the number of calls needed if several attempts are made
These estimates depend on the total number of targeted employees and the number of possible retries.
⚠️ Warning
These dates indicate the end of the last call attempt, not the end of the campaign.
Arsen continues collecting events by default for 7 days after the final call attempt.
