How do I synchronise my Google Workspace with Arsen ?

To synchronize your AD collaborators' profiles with Arsen and enrich the platform with the employees you wish to test, go to the dropdown menu under your name and click on Integrations.

Advantages of the integration:

Automatic updates in Arsen when changes are made in the AD
Data reliability in Arsen

Prerequisite for setting up the integration:

General admin rights on the system

After clicking on Integrations, click on Google-identity-directory.



Click on the Install tab, then on Connect to Google Workspace.



A new page opens on the Google login screen. Choose the Google account to connect.



On the new page that appears, click on allow.



The integration is complete, you have just connected Arsen to Google Workspace.

Sync specific groups

Once you have synchronized Arsen with Google Workspace, you can specify the users you wish to synchronize.

Remain in integrations, click again on Google-identity-directory.

Click on Settings.

In this section you have 3 choices:
Synchronization of all employees ( Sync all users )
Synchronization with a group in your AD, created upstream in your AD and called Arsen. ( Sync only users from Arsen group )
Synchronization of one or more AD groups. (`Sync specific groups)

Choose one of the 3 options, then click on I understand... and then on Save and sync users.



After saving the group synchronization, feel free to trigger a manual sync, as automatic synchronization occurs every hour.
