How do I synchronize my Microsoft Entra with Arsen?

To synchronize your AD collaborators' profiles with Arsen and enrich the platform with the employees you wish to test, go to the dropdown menu under your name and click on Integrations.

Advantages of the integration:

Automatic updates in Arsen when changes are made in the AD
Data reliability in Arsen

Prerequisites for setting up the integration:

General admin rights on the system
Or an administrator access to the application

After clicking on Integrations, select Microsoft Users Sync.



Click on the Install tab, then on Connect to Microsoft 365.



A new page opens on the Microsoft login screen. Choose your Microsoft account to connect.



On the new page that appears, click on accept.



The integration is now complete, you have just connected Arsen to your AD Entra.

Sync specific groups

After synchronizing Arsen with Microsoft Entra, you’ll be able to specify the users you want to sync.

Stay in the integrations menu, and click again on Microsoft Users Sync.

Click on Settings.

In this section, you have three options:

Sync all employees ( Sync all users )
Sync only users from a group in your AD, pre-created in your AD and named Arsen. ( Sync only users from Arsen group )
Sync one or more specific groups from your AD. ( Sync specific groups )

Choose one of the three options available, then click on I understand... and finally on Save and sync users.



After saving the group synchronization, feel free to trigger a manual sync, as automatic synchronization occurs every hour.
