To edit, create, or modify your lessons, go to the Awareness Training section from the main menu.
Click on
Program.Click on
View Library.
1 – Objectives
Create a lesson using AI or from a blank template.
Modify an existing lesson.
Learn how to customize a lesson using the editor features: text, images, videos, questions, and delivery notifications.
2 – Prerequisites
Have access to the Awareness Training → Program module.
Have completed the module onboarding process (Get Started).
3 – Access the Lesson Editor
In the main menu, click on
Programin the Awareness Training section.Select
View Library.Click on
+ New Course.
3.1 – Create an AI-Generated Course
Enter a few keywords describing the lesson topic.
Click on
Generateto let the AI generate your lesson.
3.2 – Create a Course from a Blank Template
Click on
Create from Blank.
In both cases, you will then access the full lesson editor.
3.3 – Edit an Existing Course
Search for the course to modify.
Click on
Edit.Access the editor to modify the course.
4 – Modify Text Content
4.1 – Edit Text
All text fields can be edited directly within the static content.
Available customization options include:
color;
font;
size;
style (bold, italic, headings, etc.);
general formatting.
5 – Add or Modify Images
Click on + between two blocks to add an image block.
Enter the URL of the image to display.
Position and resize the visual as desired.

Host your images on a reliable and publicly accessible source to ensure they display correctly in the courses.
6 – Modify Questions
Each lesson contains three mandatory questions used to measure:
engagement;
understanding of the content.
6.1 – Modify Questions / Answers / Explanations
Available actions include:
Modify the question wording and answer choices.
Define the correct answer by clicking the ✔️ icon (it turns green once validated).
Add explanatory text to each question by expanding the
Answer explanationfield.
