Arsen offers several methods for delivering lessons within your awareness program:
by email;
through Microsoft Teams.
Delivery methods are mutually exclusive.
1 – Objectives
The purpose of this article is to explain how to:
modify the lesson delivery method within the Awareness Training program;
enable and configure the Microsoft Teams integration;
choose a lesson delivery method.
2 – Prerequisites
Have administrator permissions to activate Microsoft Teams or Slack integrations for your organization.
Have the necessary permissions within Arsen to enable integrations.
3 – Access Delivery Method Settings
3.1 – Access Settings
Click on
Programin the Awareness Training section from the main menu, then click onSettings.
Select
Delivery Preferencesfrom the dropdown menu.
3.2 – Access Delivery Preferences
Determine the channel through which lessons will be made available:
Microsoft Teams
Arsen Employee Portal
Determine the lesson format: Chatbot or Static Content.
Chatbot: Dynamic version interacting directly with the employee.
Static Content: Web newsletter-style format containing informational content followed by a series of questions at the end.
4 – Available Delivery Methods
4.1 – Use the Arsen Employee Portal
Choosing the Arsen Employee Portal as the lesson delivery method implies several things.
Lessons Are Sent by Email
Courses are delivered exclusively by email.
These emails are transactional emails.

If IP whitelisting is used, it is recommended to add the arsen.co domain to ensure proper email deliverability. Learn more about IP whitelisting.
In case of API-based whitelisting (Microsoft Email Delivery or Google Email Delivery):
access General Settings;
modify the sender name and sending email address;
select a domain belonging to your organization to increase employee trust.
4.2 – Enable Delivery Through Microsoft Teams Notifications
To send courses through Microsoft Teams, click on Connect Microsoft Teams.
After the automatic redirection to the Integrations tab in Settings, click on Install Teams App.
5 – Employee Engagement Methods
Employee engagement with lessons depends on the selected content type.
5.1 – Provide Lessons Through Chatbot Format (Recommended)
This method is highlighted because employee engagement rates are generally higher with chatbot-based lessons than with static content.
To send lessons in chatbot format, select Chatbot when answering the question:

5.2 – Engage Employees Through Static Content
Sending static content remains possible.
Static content is defined as browser-based content presented as an informational webpage organized into several sections and ending with three questions to verify reading comprehension.
To send lessons in static format, select Static Content when answering the question:
