3.1 - Step 1: Define Your Company Profile

3.1.1 - Select Your Company Region

The company region helps determine which regulations and compliance frameworks will be suggested in Step 2: “Risks and Compliance Priorities”.

3.1.2 - Define Your Company’s Main Industry

Select the business sector that governs the regulations and compliance requirements applicable to your company.

3.1.3 - Choose the Course Delivery Method

Determine how courses will be delivered.

  • Via Teams notifications: Select the Microsoft Teams option.

⚠️ Warning:
If you want to use the Arsen application developed for Microsoft Teams, the application must first be installed before this option can be selected.

  • Via a default web browser: Select Arsen Employee Portal

By choosing this option, the initial course access will be provided by email. A transactional email will be sent to notify employees that a new lesson is available. The email provides direct access to the lesson.

The Arsen Employee Portal allows employees to view lessons and track their progress through a dedicated employee space.

⚠️ Warning:

The choice made here is exclusive.

📚 Example:

Choosing Microsoft Teams does not allow employees to access the Employee Portal.

3.1.4 - Choose the Employee Engagement Format

Determine the format of the courses sent to employees.

Two options are available:
