Track Group Performance and Members

Security score, composition, and updates

Groups allow you to track the progression of a cohort’s security score over time.

This page explains how to access a group’s information, update its details, view its members, and analyze the evolution of their security scores.


1 – Objectives

  • Track a group's progression over time

  • Compare a group's evolution with the overall organization

  • Identify all members belonging to the group


2 – Prerequisites

  • Have at least one group created

  • Have sent at least one phishing campaign to generate initial results


3 – Access group data

To display the information of a group:

  • Click Groups in the left-hand menu

  • Search for the desired group

  • Click its name to open the group's detail page

The group page displays:

  • the group’s global security score

  • the individual scores of all group members

  • evolution graphs showing trends over time


4 – Update group information

4.1 – Edit a group

To modify a group's information:

  • Open the group page by clicking its name

  • Click Edit Group

  • Update the group name if needed

  • Save the changes

5 – View group composition

To access the full list of employees within the group, click See Group’s Employees.

You are taken to the complete list of collaborators included in this group.

6 – Track the evolution of a group's scores

The group page displays:

  • the group’s overall security score

  • evolution charts that help analyze:

    • score progression over time

    • behavioral trends among members

    • variations in risk levels

These elements allow you to measure the impact of awareness campaigns on a specific group.
