After configuring and launching your awareness program, it is essential to monitor its progress.
To get an overview of your program course results, click on Overview.
1 – Objectives
The purpose of this article is to explain how to:
understand the data displayed in the dashboard.
review employee lesson results.
understand the statuses associated with each assigned lesson.
2 – Prerequisites
Have access to the Awareness Training module and the Employees menu.
Have previously enabled the program.
3 – Enable or Pause the Program
To enable the program, use the dialog window displayed when accessing the Overview dashboard.
Click on Enable training to activate the program.
To pause the program, click on the three dots "…” to open the action menu on the dashboard.
Click on Pause program to pause lesson deliveries.
4 – Download Program Progress and Review Employee Results
The program runs continuously by default.
When an employee reaches the last lesson in the list, the system automatically restarts the learning path from the beginning and assigns the first lesson again.
The goal is to maintain an ongoing cybersecurity awareness program based on the regular repetition of best practices and security reflexes.
Program results and indicators are therefore continuously updated.
At any time, you can review the program progress and results by clicking on the three dots “…” to open the action menu on the Overview page.
Click on Export CSV to download the program data as a spreadsheet.
5 – Definition of Displayed Metrics
This section explains all the data displayed in the program overview.
5.1 – Coverage
Percentage of active employees covered by the current cybersecurity awareness program assignment.
5.2 – Performance
Engagement represents the percentage of targeted learners who completed at least one lesson within the last 90 days.
The success rate corresponds to the average scores achieved in completed cybersecurity awareness sessions.
5.3 – Average Completion Time
Average time spent by learners to complete a training session.
5.4 – Definitions of Course Completion Statuses
There are 3 different statuses for a lesson. These statuses become visible as soon as the course is assigned.
Completed: indicates that a lesson has been completed until the end.
Not completed or Remaining: status showing the number of employees who currently have at least one lesson in progress.
Past Due: indicates that a course has expired. A lesson is considered expired one month after being assigned to the employee.
