Below is the complete list of statuses and their meanings:
Status | Meaning |
Completed | Indicates that the employee completed the lesson, with either a correct (Correct) or incorrect (Wrong) answer. |
Sent | Indicates that the lesson has been sent and the employee’s response is still pending. |
Started | The employee opened the lesson but has not yet answered the questions (In Progress). |
Overdue | Indicates that the lesson has expired: the employee did not respond within the 1-month period, but the lesson remains available in their personal workspace. |
4 – Review Key Indicators
The following data can be viewed on this page:
Program coverage (%): Number of lessons assigned to this employee compared to the total number of lessons in their program.
Engagement (%): Percentage of assigned lessons with which the employee has interacted.
Success (%): Percentage of completed assessments for which the employee provided correct answers.
Topic Coverage: Indicators summarizing the employee’s level of proficiency for each topic, based on completed lessons.
An employee may therefore require support in one area while still being considered proficient in other topics.
