Step 1: Locate a Recurring Campaign

To find an automated campaign, click on Schedulers to access the list of recurring campaigns.

⚠️ Note: The Schedulers section does not allow you to create a new automated campaign. Creating an automated campaign must be done through the Campaigns module by clicking + NEW CAMPAIGN.

Step 2: Manage the Recurrences of an Automated Campaign

Click on the name of an automated campaign to edit the parameters of a recurring campaign.

On the automated campaign page, several actions are available:

  1. View past campaigns: Click View in the boxes corresponding to different campaigns to access completed campaigns.

  2. Skip a campaign: Click on a recurrence in the campaign calendar to skip it. Confirm by clicking Skip this campaign.

You can later revert your choice by clicking Unskip.

  3. Pause or delete the campaign sequence: Click the pause button to temporarily halt the sequence or the trash icon to delete the entire campaign orchestrator.

Step 3: Modify Scenarios

You can modify the scenarios selected during the creation of the automated campaign.

This change only applies to campaigns that have not yet started and are visible in the campaign list. This allows you to vary the scenarios from one recurrence to another.

Step 4: Modify Targets

You can update the employees in your recurring campaign over time by clicking the edit employees button.

You can filter and select a group or one/multiple employees as you would when creating a one-time campaign.

If you selected a dynamic group for your employees, you may not need to adjust this parameter over time.

⚠️ At the start date of a campaign, the recurrence will appear as an individual campaign in the campaign list, with a small visual difference to distinguish campaigns originating from recurring sequences from one-time campaigns.
